The top seller is Vol. 24 of Jujutsu Kaisen, and the first volume is at number 3, with two others appearing on the chart as well. Sales of this series saw a significant bump after the anime ended in December 2023 (see "January 2024 Circana BookScan"), and fans are clearly continuing to read the manga while they wait for more of the anime.
Sales of Dadandan, which got a big boost in November after that anime premiered (see "November 2024 Circana BookScan"), have settled down with just two volumes of that series on the chart. One Piece and Solo Leveling both have the first and the most recent volumes in the Top 20, and the most recent volumes of Dragon Ball Super and Chainsaw Man are there as well. Also notable is Vol. 1 of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, a series that is still attracting new readers more than three years after the release of the final volume.
In all, 16 of the top 20 titles are manga, including three volumes of Dark Horse Comics' deluxe hardcover edition of Berserk.
Vol. 1 of the new VIZ Media series Kagurabachi, which topped the November chart, is back for a second month in 18th place.
