Tom Beland is moving his comic book series, True Story, Swear to God, to Image Comics.  TSSTG #17 will be the last issue published under Beland's Clibs Boy Comics imprint.  True Story, Swear To God #1 from Image Comics should be out in August.

The move to Image will provide Beland with some prime catalog real estate in the front section of Diamond's Previews and also relieve him of the hassles of shipping, storing and billing as well as eliminating the burden of coming up with the production costs of each issue.

Beland's True Story, Swear to God comics present a delightful and often charming autobiographical saga of long distance, cross-cultural romance, which though grounded firmly in reality, is far more romantic than most alternative comic book exercises in autobiography..  AiT/PlanetLar has published three TSSTG trade paperback collections, True Story, Swear to God: Chances Are (2003), True Story, Swear to God: 100 Stories (2004), and True Story, Swear to God: This One Goes to Eleven (2005).
