Having had considerable success with Flash and Green Lantern promotional rings DC Comics has announced an October promotion tied to Legion: Secret Origin #1 by Paul Levitz and Chris Batista.   Bleeding Cool reports that for every 25 copies ordered, comic book retailers will be able to order a bag of 50 Legion of Super-Heroes Promotional Flight Rings.

 

Since there is no guarantee that the rings will actually be made of valorium, those who are lucky enough to obtain them are cautioned to wait until the 31st Century to actually attempt flight.
