Fox Licensing has granted McFarlane Toys a license to produce action figures based on The Simpsons.  The first releases, scheduled for this fall, will be two separate multi-figure box sets containing different figures re-creating favorite moments from the show.  A full product line will be released in 2006.  Company founder Todd McFarlane has promised to personally work with the Simpsons creative team to develop the new toys.
