Variety is reporting that producers Harvey and Bob Weinstein are in negotiations to develop a slate of TV programs including one based on Frank Miller's Sin City graphic novels.  The Weinsteins were executive producers on the Sin City movie, which was directed by Miller and Robert Rodriguez.  According to Variety the Sin City TV Series would 'follow in the footsteps' of the second Sin City film, which is currently slated for release late next year.  While the Sin City storylines might be too strong for network TV, they would certainly make for an excellent HBO-style series.

The first Sin City movie, which debuted earlier this year, led to a major sales boom for the Sin CIty graphic novel series.
