Inkworks Trading Cards, which just shipped Veronica Mars: Season One Premium Trading Cards, has scored another major genre TV licensing coup with the acquisition of the trading card license for the USA network's The 4400.  The science fiction series about 4400 abductees who are returned to earth debuted last summer and scored in the top 10 with the coveted 18-49 male demographic in a survey that included both broadcast and cable programs.  The 4400 has managed to maintain an audience of about 3.5 million viewers a week, which compares favorably with other genre series on cable.

 

Inkworks plans to release The 4400: Season One Premium Trading Cards in June.  The initial season trading card release will include autographs from all The 4400's major stars including Peter Coyote.  Inkworks guarantees that there will be at least one autograph per box.
