As Hollywood gets back to normal after the Los Angeles fires, the news flow returns, and we round it up here.

Marvel has released a trailer for the upcoming Daredevil: Born Again series headed to Disney+.  The series will debut on the streamer March 4.  The Punisher will make an appearance during the season, and there’s already talk about a Jessica Jones show (see "Punisher in ‘Daredevil: Born Again’"), as Marvel integrates the characters developed for the Netflix Defenders universe into the MCU.

DC has revealed new cast members for the upcoming Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow feature: David Krumholz and Emily Beecham have been cast as Supergirl’s parents.  As previously announced, Jason Momoa will appear as Lobo, Matthias Schoenaerts as Krem of the Yellow Hill, Eve Ridley as Ruthye Mary Knolle, and Milly Alcock in the title role (see "Momoa to Play Lobo").

A new round of allegations about Neil Gaiman appeared in a recent article in New York Magazine, including allegations of assault and having sex in the same room as his young child.  Gaiman denied engaging in non-consensual sex in a post on his blog, his first broad statement on the topic, which began when allegations surfaced last year (see "Gaiman Projects Paused").  Among the projects affected are the feature adaptation of The Graveyard Book; Dead Boy Detectives was canceled after one season with no reason given; Season 3 of Good Omens was boiled down to one feature-length episode, without Gaiman’s involvement (see "’Good Omens’ Resolved").

A Japanese Sailor Moon musical will tour the U.S. in March and April, according to Variety.  Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon: The Super Live will kick off its tour in Pittsburgh in March and finish in New York City with two shows in late April.  The tour, which will visit 18 cities, is going to be especially thorough in Texas, where it is playing in five different markets.  An earlier Japanese musical based on an anime and manga, last year’s Attack on Titan, was nominated for a Harvey Award (see "Harvey Nominations").

Hasbro has debuted Transformers One: New Adventures, a new stop-motion animated series, on its YouTube channel.  The 14-episode series will drop episodes on Fridays and Saturdays in January and February, wrapping up with the final episode on March 1.  The story is set in the world of Transfomers One, the animated feature released last year (see "Transfomers One Trailer").

David Lynch, who directed the ambitious 1984 feature adaptation based on the Dune novels, has passed away.  Lynch’s version of the epic was not a box office success, but has achieved cult status.  Other films he directed include Eraserhead, The Elephant Man (for which he was nominated for an Academy Award), Blue Velvet, and Mulholland Drive.  He also directed nearly 50 episodes of Twin Peaks in two stretches over a quarter century apart.
