Konami Digital Entertainment will host its 150th Yu-Gi-Oh! Championship Series event in Columbus, Ohio on May 23-24 at the Greater Columbus Convention Center.

As part of the celebration, Konami has created a special participation Game Mat for both Duelists and Dragon Duel competitors who submit their registration form, entry fee and valid, legal Deck List. The mats will be distributed at pre-registration and registration while supplies last. Voice actor Eric Stuart, who voices Seto Kaiba on the Yu-Gi-Oh! TV series, will also be on hand for an autograph session.

VIP Duelists who qualified via the VIP Qualifier tournaments at registered Official Tournament Stores (OTS) will receive free entry to the YCS, reserved seating, additional match coverage, and a two round bye in the main event.

Pre-registration runs Friday, May 22 from 1 – 7pm, and players will receive five Crossed Souls booster packs.

The event will feature Dragon Duels for the younger players (born 2002 or later) on Saturday and Sunday.  The winner of Saturday will play against the Sunday winner to determine the YCS Dragon Duel Champion.

The winner of the event will receive an Ultra Rare version of the "Ascension Sky Dragon" prize card, paid travel to a World Championship Qualifier (or if underage, winner and guardian), YCS Top Cut Game Mat that matches the artwork of the "Ascension Sky Dragon" card, a PlayStation 4 system, and an invite to their 2015 World Championship Qualifier tournament.

Public Events will include the new Beta Format Win-A-Mat which debuted at YCS Chicago (see “YCS Chicago”), as well as  Regional Qualifiers, 3 vs. 3 Team Dueling, Attack of the Giant Card!!, Win-A-Mats, Battle Pack, and Battle City Tournaments held throughout the weekend.
