Thirteen full-size comics and eight mini-comics will be offered, an increase from last year (see “3rd Annual Halloween ComicFest Set for October 25th”). Participating retailers can also purchase HCF Mini-Comic Polypacks for retail sale to customers. Intended as trick-or-treater giveaways or as party favors for party goers, the pack of 25 copies will be available in stores on September 30. The Polypacks can be preorders from comic shops.
Diamond offers promotional tools to promote the event on its website, which includes press releases, ad templates, an HCF event calendar listing, logos, book covers, and social media graphics. There are also advertising materials including posters, shelf talkers window clings, bookmarks, postcards, buttons and giveaway items available for order.
