Bushiroad Inc. has announced its latest trading card game, Luck & Logic, will receive an English release this summer.

Luck & Logic involves both qualities, as players attempt to combine the two types of characters in the game: “foreigners” and “logicalists,” into a single stronger bishojo (beautiful girl) character by using a game mechanic known as “trance.”

According to ANN, the anime story takes place in a world governed by “logic,” where a war in heaven has just ended. The gods who lost have retreated to the human world, where they attack the populous. A special police agency, made up of “Logicalist” agents, combines with heavenly goddesses to help defend humanity from the malevolent gods.

Luck & Logic was announced in November in Tokyo, and has been demonstrated at numerous game conventions in Japan. The game will debut in Japan in February. The anime launched this month and is streaming on Funimation.
