At GTS, ICv2 spoke with Enterplay CEO Dean Irwin to learn more about the company’s planned licensed releases for Legend of Zelda, Super Mario Bros., and vocaloid Hatsune Miku, among others.
Enterplay plans a new line of Legend of Zelda trading cards launching in May. The set will include 120 art cards from all five video games. The company will release a Collector’s Fun Box which includes six packs of cards and a bonus prize.
Enterplay also plans to release Legend of Zelda Dog Tags and a Collector’s Tin in Q4.
For its Super Mario Brothers license, Irwin teased a Super Mario Bros. Trading Card set.
The company announced a new line of licensed Hatsune Miku merchandise for 2016 last fall in a partnership with Ultra PRO (see "'Hatsune Miku' Trading Card/Dog Tag Collection"). Now it has shared the Dog Tag /Fun Packs will release in June with an MSRP of $3.99. Each pack will contain a trading card or 3D standee, a dog tag and a tattoo. (3D standees will have a ratio of 1:6 packs.)
Irwin also shared information on upcoming releases for Yo-Kai Watch (see "New 'Yo-Kai Watch' Merchandise") and the My Little Pony CCG (see "Enterplay Reveals Next 'Pony' Products").
