In March, Marvel will unleash a new Iron Fist ongoing series on the world, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Iron Fist will be written by Ed Brisson (The Violent, Secret Avengers) and drawn by Mike Perkins (Captain America, Deathlok). Brisson’s series will pick up from Kaare Andrews’ Iron Fist: The Living Weapon series.  In Iron Fist, K’un Lun lies in ruins and Danny Rand’s ability to be the Iron Fist is affected, putting Danny in a crisis of confidence and identity.  The first issue is set for March release.

Andrews himself has another ongoing with artist Afu Chan in the works: Iron Fists.  The series was announced in July among the Marvel NOW! titles and will include Danny Rand and a six-year-old Asian girl as another Iron Fist.  No other details, including a release date for Iron Fists, have been announced.  A new ongoing Power Man and Iron Fist series launched in February (see "New 'Power Man and Iron Fist' Comic").

Danny Rand has a big 2017 ahead of him.  In addition to the ongoings, he’s also set for a Netflix series (see "Netflix Releases New NYCC 'Iron Fist' Trailer") and Marvel is set to release a new collection of classic Iron Fist stories in April (see "Marvel Expands Titles Tied to Netflix Characters").
