Bandai Entertainment has announced that it will release DVDs of the 26-episode Clamp School Detectives anime series produced by Bandai Visual and Studio Pierrot in 1997. Based on the 3-volume Clamp manga (published in the U.S. by Tokyopop at the turn-of-the-century, but currently out of print), the anime series was previously issued by Bandai on VHS in 1998.  This will be the first time that the series has been available on Region 1 DVDs here in North America.

The grade school gumshoes of Clamp School Detectives form their detective agency to solve crime (and protect the ladies) at the sprawling Clamp School, a huge city-size campus that houses five schools ranging from kindergarten through college.
