Actor Rik Deskin of Seattle, Washington, saw the news about the Doctor Who schedule (see ''Doctor Who' Going on Hiatus') and commends the producers for their decision:

I want to commend the producers of Doctor Who for this hiatus.  I love the show.  I think David Tennant is brilliant as the Doctor, and as a fellow actor, I'm happy that David gets this opportunity to work with the RSC and come back to play the Doctor.
