In April of 2008 Upper Deck Entertainment will release the Marvel Ultimate Battles Trading Card Game, a new multi-player superhero card game designed especially for kids. The initial series of Marvel Ultimate Battles includes 165 cards. Two 48-pack Starter Sets, one themed around Iron Man and one based on The Hulk, will be available and each Starter Set will come with an Ultimate Rare card, a fold-out playmat, and a rulebook.
The release will also include nine-card booster packs that will include common, rare, and Ultimate Rare cards. The first series will contain all the major Marvel superheroes including Spider-Man, Hulk, Captain
