According to an ad in this week's Video Business New Line Cinema is releasing Blade: The Complete Series (MSRP $39.98) in a 4-disk box set on February 12th, 2008.  All 13 episodes of the short-lived TV series based on the Marvel Comics character will be included on the disk in extended (unrated) versions that, according to the ad, are 'too graphic for TV.'

Last August New Line released the pilot 'movie' for the Blade TV series (see 'First Blade TV DVD').  In June of 2006 the two-hour premier of the Blade TV series on Spike TV drew a robust audience (for cable) of 2.5 million, but the number of viewers for the series declined precipitously from there and the comic book-based vampire saga was cancelled after 13 episodes.
