Alan Elliott of Queen City Bookstore in Buffalo, New York, couldn't get G.I. Joe America's Elite #33 from his distributor, but Devil's Due was able to help him get his full order right away:

A while ago Diamond Distribution neglected to ship our order for G.I. Joe America's Elite #33.  As usual we reported the shortage to our Diamond rep, anticipating their arrival with the next shipment.  Unfortunately, they went to back order.  Still we expected to see them eventually.

When I noticed that we were going to be getting in #34 on April 2nd, I called our Diamond rep again about the missing #33's.  He said they didn't get any more from Devil's Due Publishing and there were no plans to do a second printing.

I went to the Devil's Due Website and sent them an e-mail about the problem.  Within a day, I had heard from them and two days later we had our full order of the missing issue.
