Horror maestro Steve Niles has prepared a new 104-page overview of the Spawn mythos, with David Hine and Ashley Wood, to be released as Spawn:  Book of the Dead, a limited hardcover edition, in December.  The work ties together the storylines from over 200 Spawn issues, according to Spawn creator Todd McFarlane.  “The intent of the book was to try and condense those thousands of pages, ideas, and characters into a digestible version for those who haven’t been keeping their own notebook about my flagship character,” he said.    

 

The primary edition will be limited to 3000 pieces, and will include an all new Pewter Raven Spawn figure available only as part of this edition, all for $32.99 MSRP.  A hardcover edition of 500 of the book without the figure will be available at $29.99. 

 

All hardcovers will be signed by McFarlane.
