The Jonah Hex movie is getting a fresh start with a new director, according to Hollywood Reporter.  Jimmy Hayward, who directed Horton Hears a Who, has been signed to direct Hex as his second feature (and first live action effort).  Prior to directing Horton, Hayward spent time in Pixar’s animation shop. 

Hex lost its last director in November (see “Jonah Hex Loses Director”).
