Marvel has certainly become adept at slicing and dicing its licenses in order to get the most out of its extensive library of characters.  Latest case in point is one of the House of Ideas’ many different videogame agreements, an extension (through 2013) of its deal with game designer CryptoLogic Ltd., which allows CrytpoLogic to retain its rights as the exclusive worldwide developer of Internet casino games based on Marvel characters.

Since it first obtained this license in 2005, CryptoLogic has released some 17 slot games featuring Marvel characters to a variety of online casino operations around the world.
