Is Marvel trying NOT to sell any comics???

I have not heard one good comment about the way Marvel is listing their comics in Previews.  A couple of my customers that fill out a pull sheet each month to tell me what comics they want have decided not to pick up any Marvel comics because they don't know what the story is.  They don't care who the artist is; they want to know what's going on. How are we suppose to know how many to order if we don't know if the book is a crossover or not; if it's a new title (The Call of Duty, Weapon X, The Vision and so forth)?  If Marvel keeps this up then they should make reorders available, or stores will go out of business trying to get customers coming back only to get mad because we don't have enough books or can't get them to pick up any new titles because we don't have books for them (The Call of Duty); most people don't want reprints.
