Pressman Toy Corporation has ten 2010 games based on TV and movie properties, including Vampire Diaries and NCIS, as well as a game based on the bestselling Diary of a Wimpy Kid graphic novel series. 

 

The Vampire Diaries, based the CW show, invites players to assume the role of their favorite characters as they try to avoid being transformed into vampires.  Includes special game pieces that transform when a character becomes a vampire.  MSRP will be $19.99.  Scheduled for release in August.

 

Pressman has also prepared a new game title based on the bestselling Diary of a Wimpy Kid book series (which spawned the 2010 film), the Diary of a Wimpy Kid Cheese Touch Game.  The game challenges kids’ creative, social, and intellectual skills, using popular characters and themes from the books.  MSRP is $24.99.  Releasing in August.

 

The Office:  The Sequel Trivia Game will focus on the NBC sitcom and features trivia questions from seasons 4, 5, and 6, and includes two levels of difficulty.  MSRP will be $19.99.  Scheduled to release in July.

 

The classic TV game show Let’s Make a Deal was re-launched in 2009, and this family game of the same name allows players to participate in the deal-making.  MSRP:  $17.99.  Releasing in August.

 

NCIS takes on the hit CBS military police drama with a classic “whodunit” style game.  Players work as a team to solve the crime, using clues and their characters’ special skills.  MSRP will be $24.99.  Release date is in July.

 


For kids, Jim Henson’s Dinosaur Train from PBS becomes Dinosaur Train Games.  The game will include educational content from the popular children’s show.  There will be four different games, with MSRP ranging from $7.99 to $12.99.  Scheduled for a June release.

 

Hold On Scooby-Doo is another game targeted to children.  This is a dexterity-based game in which children try to knock down bricks without letting Scooby fall.  MSRP:  $17.99.  Releasing in July.

 

Another dexterity skill game, Don’t Drop Scooby-Doo features a tower of “Shaggys” that grows during the game.  MSRP will be $14.99.  Release date will be August.

 

Favorite cartoon characters are the feature of Looney Tunes Who Is It?  This deductive reasoning game includes the popular cartoon icons.  MSRP:  $14.99.  Releasing in August.
