Comic sales in comic stores were down slightly in February, with a 3% decline vs. the year ago period.  Graphic novel sales were up 1% vs. February 2009, the first increase since March of 2009, and somewhat remarkable given that over 12,000 copies of Watchmen were sold in February 2009, over 10 times the number sold in February of 2010.

Comics and graphic novel sales combined were down around 2% vs. the previous year.
