David Loftus of AK Comics in Beloit, Wisconsin remarks on Joe Field's ComicsPRO comments (see "Joe Field of Flying Colors on ComicsPRO Early Releases") and the news of the AP spoiling Fantastic Four #587 (see "AP Story Spoils 'Fantastic Four' Surprise").
I just read Joe Fields article about how great ComicsPRO is. Based on his opinion and comments, I would never join the organization.
In regards to the AP spoiling the identity of who dies in Fantastic Four #587. So what? I'm more annoyed with Diamond Comics. I open my store at 10am on Tuesday the 25th. Start up my computer, check my Diamond Daily, and the headline I read was: "MARVEL EXTINGUISHES FANTASTIC FOUR’S HUMAN TORCH." Then on Wednesday the 26th, ICv2 has the article about the AP spoiling the "surprise." Maybe the AP read the Diamond Daily before they published their story and figured no harm no foul.
