The new Yu-Gi-Oh! anime series, Yu-Gi-Oh! Zexal, will premiere in Japan on April 11th on TV Tokyo, according to Saishin Anime Joho, via Anime News Network.  The manga has already launched in Japan.

 

Zexal is the fourth series in the Yu-Gi-Oh! franchise, after Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters, Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monster GX, and Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D’s.
