NECA has released pictures of the first figure produced under its Marvel license that includes both movie and comic book-based properties, a 1/4 Scale Captain America Action Figure based on the "Steve Rogers Captain America" played by Chris Evans in Joss Whedon’s The Avengers.  The highly detailed figure stands 18-inches tall and is due out in December. 

 

This inaugural offering in NECA’s upscale line of Marvel figures features over 25 points of articulation including neck, shoulders, torso, elbows, hips, knees, wrists, and more.  The deluxe figure comes with Cap’s signature shield with straps and interchangeable hands.  The edition is limited to 7,500 figures worldwide.
