IDW, in conjunction with Sony Pictures Consumer Products, is launching a new ongoing Ghostbusters title in February.

 

Ghostbusters #1 ($3.99, 32 pgs.), featuring the return creative team of Erik Burnham (writer) and Dan Schoening (artist), picks up where the previous series left off and kick-starts "The New Ghostbusters" storyline, in which the original Ghostbusters have been absconded by demons and taken to another dimension.  Ghosts and other paranormal pests continue to haunt the city, meaning a fresh fearless foursome must "step up and don the proton packs."

 

In addition to the main story, each issue of Ghostbusters will include an all-new two-page Real Ghostbusters adventure written and drawn by Burnham.

 

Ghostbusters #1 will be readily available in four different covers, each portraying a New Ghostbuster.  In addition, two limited variant covers will be produced, one by Xermanico and a tribute cover by Schoening.
