The Comic Book Legal Defense Fund has announced the formation of an advisory board to assist the organization in advancing its mission of protecting the First Amendment rights of the comic art form.
The board will be co-chaired by CBLDF founder Denis Kitchen and former board member Neil Gaiman and include legendary creators Frank Miller, (DC Co-Publisher) Jim Lee, and Matt Groening; Dark Horse publisher Mike Richardson; entertainment attorney and former CBLDF board member Louise Nemschoff; educator Frenchy Lunning; author and designer Chip Kidd; and development executive and first full-time Executive Director of the CBLDF Susan Alston.
