Disney has acquired the distribution rights to Marvel Studios’ Iron Man, Iron Man 2, Thor, and Captain America: The First Avenger from Paramount, the companies announced. Paramount had been doing the distribution for Marvel Studios prior to the acquisition of Marvel by Disney.
