Dynamite Entertainment will release three new editions of Heart of the Beast, the graphic novel written by Dean Motter and Judithy Dupre with art by Sean Phillips, in celebration of the 20th anniversary of the original publication under DC’s Vertigo imprint.
The new editions are digitally remastered to best display Phillips’ paintings, and include additional scrapbook material and creator commentaries.
All three of the new editions are 112-page hardcovers: the base edition at $24.99, the signed edition at $49.99, and the signed and remarked edition at $95.00.
The gothic love story is set in 90s New York’s decadent art world, and tells the story of "Sandra, a beautiful and young bartender," who meets "Victor, a man with strange scars and stranger secrets."
