Though it uses a lot of footage previously seen in other trailers (see "'Godzilla' International Trailer"),  and mostly consists of images of destruction and people running, there is a quick shot of the King of Monsters roaring at 0:53 in the trailer.
 
In the extended look in the #2 position, you can catch a few more glimpses of the big guy.
