The Kellogg Company of Battle Creek Michigan has announced a worldwide Spider-Man 2 promotion that will feature Spidey's image on different Kellogg's products around the globe.  Here in the U.S. the wallcrawler's image will adorn boxes of Spider-Man's Toasted Oat Cereal as well as Spider-Man Pop-Tart toaster pastries.   As part of the promotion, U.S. consumers can receive a Spidey-Signal wristband, Spider-Man Voice-Activated Software or a Thin Skin Spider-Man Watch by collecting proofs-of-purchase or by checking specially marked boxes of Kellogg's Spider-Man products.  The Spider-Man Toasted Oat Cereal and Spider-Man Pop Tarts should be in stores across the country by the time Spider-Man 2 opens on June 30, but quantities are limited and these Spider-Goodies are bound to sell out just as the first series of Spider-Man endorsed Kellogg's products did in 2002.
