ADV Films is set to release the first volume of the D.N. Angel anime series on November 9. The first volume of the 26-episode series, which first appeared on Japanese TV in 2003, will have a suggested retail price of $29.98. It will also be available in a limited edition with a box capable of holding the entire series for $39.98. The D.N. Angel anime series is a shoujo fantasy/comedy/romance based on the manga series by Yukiru Sugisaki. The manga, which is published by Tokyopop in the U.S., has been a big success here with bookstore audiences and currently ranks at number 7 on ICv2's list of the Top 25 manga releases.
