Dynamite Entertainment's Red Sonja #1 will ship in June with five different covers in equal ratios.  The five covers will be by Michael Turner, John Cassaday, Paolo Rivera, Joseph Michael Linser, and Alex Ross. 

 

Dynamite has also announced three retailer incentive issues.  An Art Adams Art Cover edition will ship at 1 per 25 copies; a Joseph Michael Linsner Sketch Cover with Spot Color edition will ship at 1 per 65 copies; and an Alex Ross Negative Art 'RRP Edition' will ship at 1 per 300 copies of Red Sonja #1.    

 

The story is written by Michael Oeming and Mike Carey, drawn by Mel Rubi, and colored by Ceasar Rodriguez and Richard Isanove. 

 

The $.25 Red Sonja #0 issue sold 200,000 copies (see 'Red Sonja #0 Sells 200K'), which should give the regular series a strong stend-off.
