The new printing of Heroes--Marvel's hit September 11 tribute/benefit book -- will be available from Diamond Comic Distributors on October 26th. That means most retailers can expect restocks with their regular comic shipments on October 31st. The first printing sold out October 17th, the day it was released, behind a great public relations effort by Marvel that culminated in a Today Show appearance by Marvel EIC Joe Quesada (see 'Heroes Sells Out'). Because of the worthy cause for which this book is raising money, Marvel is making an exception to its no reprint policy, and has promised to continue reprinting for as long as there is significant demand.
