Diamond Select Toys has announced the acquisition of a license for busts, statues and MiniMates based on the X-Men 3 movie, which will debut in theaters over the Memorial Day weekend.  Gentle Giant Studio will scan the actual actors from the X-Men 3 film, which should provide the most accurate likenesses possible.

The first DST X-Men 3 busts and statues should be available this May, and Diamond Select hopes to be able to show off prototypes at Toy Fair in New York in February.
