This April Dr.Master Publications is releasing the first volume of Taiwanese comic creator I Huan's Real Fake Princess saga.  Set during the turbulent times of the Tang Dynasty (roughly 618-907 AD), the eponymous heroine of this story is a real princess of China sent into hiding as a young child during the Jin Kang Rebellion.  Some years later, she finds herself in the difficult position of having to renounce the love of her life (a peasant) if she wants to reclaim her rightful place at the court of the restored Tang ruling family.

Real Fake Princess Vol. 1 will contain 200+ pages of lush shoujo-style black-and-white art and will have a cover price of $9.95.  The second volume in this series is scheduled for July and the third book should arrive in October.
