Marvel's Toy Biz division has announced that it will release a new series of Marvel Legends figures exclusively through Wal-Mart in May.  The new series will include Warbird, Captain Britain, Havoc, Thor, Ant-Man, Sentry, Wolverine, Kitty Pride, and Sabretooth. Fans collecting all nine figures will be able build their own 14' Giant Man.  Each 6-inch figure will include over 30 points of articulation. 

Marvel took back control of its Toy Biz production this year, in preparation for a new relationship with Hasbro beginning in 2007 (see 'Marvel Inks Five-Year Pact with Hasbro').
