Simon and Schuster is publishing comic creator James Owen's illustrated novel, Here There Be Dragons, in September.  The novel will be published in hardcover, with an initial print run of 100,000 copies and a six-figure promotional budget.  A national signing tour will be included in the promotion for the book.

The 336-page book will include 24 illustrations by Owens, and carry a suggested retail of $17.95.
