Master Replica's Michael Cookson and Jennifer Klatt have been named the CEO and CFO, respectively of Corgi International Limited.  The company has now completed its merger with Master Replicas Inc. (see 'Corgi Acquires Cards Inc.: And Merges With Master Replicas ').

The new Corgi will develop collectibles under three brands with Corgi Classic focusing on die-cast vehicles and figurines, Master Replicas focusing on high-end movie prop replicas and collectibles, and a third, and yet unnamed, brand focusing on licensed products for the gift and toy channel.

Corgi also announced 2007 plans for licensed product releases for Batman, Disney Classics, Harry Potter, James Bond, Lord of the Rings, Pirates of the Caribbean, Star Wars 30th Anniversary, Transformers, and The Golden Compass.
