Since 1996, Augustyn has been a freelance writer and editor for DC, Marvel, Wildstorm, Event, Dreamwave, and Chaos. He also worked on film, TV and video game projects, as well as writing young adult novels, chapter readers and story books. He recently joined graphic novel packager The Pack (see 'The Pack--A New Graphic Novel Packager').

Markosia also named long-time writer Tony Lee as its first group editor.  Lee will oversee the current Markosia lines, including Starship Troopers, Smoke & Mirrors, Scatterbrain, Shadowmancer and The Lexian Chronicles.
