Wizards of the Coast plans three Star Wars Miniature Game and six Star Wars RPG releases in 2008. Releases for the first part of the year have already been announced (see 'WotC's D&D and Star Wars Lines
' and 'The Force Unleashed').
A WotC spokesperson did reveal that it will release a set based on the upcoming Star Wars animated TV series (clips from which were screened at the recent Star Wars Celebration convention, see 'Star Wars Has Blow-Out 30th') when it airs.
No decision has been made on future releases for the Star Wars Miniatures--Starship Battles fleet game that debuted last fall.
