Hunter:  The Vigil will be the next game for White Wolf's World of Darkness, presumably launching at Gen Con 2008.  Wood and Stew Wilson identified themselves on the White Wolf forums as writers for the game. 

White Wolf broke with tradition this year; it has typically revealed the next World of Darkness game at Gen Con, but waited until January this time. 

The most recent new WoD game, Changeling, has done well since its release at GenCon 2007, moving World of Darkness up to #2 on the ICv2 Top Five RPG list ( see 'Game Market Has Solid Base for the Holidays') from its #4 position a three months earlier.
