White Wolf will release its next core rulebook for World of Darkness, Hunter:  The Vigil, at GenCon in August.  This rulebook is for playing hunters, “humans who have seen the truth of the World of Darkness and are spurred to action.”

In addition to the stand-alone $34.99 MSRP SKU, the Hunter:  the Vigil core rulebook will also be sold in a Hunter Corebook and Play-Aid Kit, with a $274.99 MSRP.  The Kit will include six copies of Hunter:  The Vigil core rulebooks, two copies of Witch Finder (Order of St. George), the first Hunter supplement, six Hunter dice, and a t-shirt.  The dice are not assigned a value, so come free with the kit.  The Witch Finder supplement ($31.99) will not be released as a standalone SKU until late September, giving retailers that purchase the core rulebook in the Kit a chance to sell the associated product for a time before others have it.

A Hunter Promotional Aids Kit will also be released in August.  It will include six quickstart demos (three each of two different quickstarts), six posters (three each of two posters), and a t-shirt at an MSRP of $9.99.

Additional planned support products include Spirit Slayers (Stalkers), WoD:  Slasher, and Night Stalkers (Prey), all at $31.99.
