Duncan Toys has announced that it will release Warball, a new game that combines a TCG with a marble game (see “Warball from Duncan Toys”) in March exclusively to the comic and TCG trade through Alliance Game Distributors and Diamond Comic Distributors.

Warball, for kids 8-12, allows players to use Warballs as assault weapons to knock opponents’ Warballs off the battlefield.   

Pricing has been set for the initial SKUs.  Warball Battle Boxes will retail for $24.95; Warball Skirmish Packs for $12.95; and Boosters for $5.95. 

The mix of Warballs in the different packages has also been established.  Warball Battle Boxes will include two embedded Savages, six Master Warballs, and 16 Core Warballs. 

Warball Skirmish Packs will include one embedded Savage Warball, two Master Warballs, and four Core Warballs.  Boosters will include one Master Warball and two Core Warballs. 

Savage Warballs are embedded with highly detailed figures based on characters illustrated on the cards, and have special powers that add another level of strategy.
