Designed by former Magic Pro Tour players and former members of Your Move Games the Epic Trading Card Game will be in stores March 1. The game features organized play, prerelease events, and has plans for cash prizes in regional and national championship-level events.

The game is designed to be easy to pick up, featuring elements that should be familiar to most experienced TCG players. Interested players can download a pdf demo deck and rules from the Epic TCG Website, which also includes forums and a tournament locator. At least one tournament offering $5,000 in prizes is planned for March, and the makers of the game hope to add more in coming weeks.
