Wizards of the Coast has settled two of the lawsuits it brought against eight people it alleged were pirating Dungeons and Dragons last spring (see “Wizards Sues Eight”) for six figure amounts, according to court records. The suit against Thomas Patrick Nolan has been settled for $125,000, and the suit against Arthur Le was settled for $100,000. Other actions are still pending.
