Days of Wonder’s Small World took the Game of the Year title in Games Magazine’s 100 best games list for 2010, published in its December issue. “Best” winners included Blox (Ravensburger/Funagain) for Best New Abstract Strategy Game; Le Havre (Lookout/Funagain) for Best New Advanced Strategy Game; Roll through the Ages: The Bronze Age (Fred) for Best New Family Game; Amerigo (DaVinci/Funagain) for Best New Family Card Game; Dominion and Dominion Intrigue (Rio Grande) for Best New Family Strategy Game; Dixit (Asmodee) for Best New Party Game; and Fields of Fire (GMT) for Best New Historical Simulation Game.
