Fantasy Flight Games has announced the May release of Talisman: The Highland Expansion ($39.95) the latest expansion for the classic Talisman board game of fantasy adventure in which players journey through lands in search of the elusive Crown of Command.  Talisman: The Highland, which is due out later this year, adds a new region to the game for heroes to explore. 

A custom-fitted map board and over 100 new cards bring this mountainous realm to life.  The Highland Expansion, which was designed by John Goodenough, also adds six new characters each of which is represented by a highly-detailed plastic miniature.  The expanded game can accommodate from 2-6 players, ages 8 and up, and takes about 90 minutes to play.
