Bev Kranz of Collectors Ink in Chico, California saw our article on the GAMA Board's decision not to enforce the ban on Internet discounters  (see 'GAMA To Allow Internet Discounters at Origins'), the responses, most recently from GAMA President Rick Loomis (see 'GAMA President Responds on Discounters') and WizKids EVP Martin Stever (see 'WizKids' Martin Stever on Discounting at Origins') and had a contribution on dealing with potential legal issues.

I suppose I don't really know enough about this to comment, but it seems that the problem is the basis for the exclusion.  Wouldn't the basic premise of the requirement to be a fixed retail location or 'brick and mortar store' in order to exhibit be enough to keep internet discounters out?  And isn't that a reasonable requirement?  After all, you don't let any fan or collector who is not a retailer exhibit, correct?
